Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
All orders are fulfilled through our US-based production and logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Due to significantly higher carrier fees, logistics challenges, and delivery restrictions in certain regions, we are unable to ship to the following locations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Certain remote or island locations
- PO Box addresses
If your address is in one of these areas, you will see a message during checkout: “Shipping is not available to this location.”
We truly value all our customers and appreciate your understanding of these current limitations.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for all eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
Production & Order Processing
All Homeecc products are made to order.
- Non-peak season: Orders are typically produced within 48 hours
- Peak season (holidays or high-demand periods): Production may take 2–4 business days
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with a network of trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, OnTrac, UniUni, GoFo, and others.
Shipping carriers are automatically selected based on order size, weight, and destination to ensure the most efficient delivery. Customers do not need to select a carrier manually.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Contiguous United States: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Possible Delays
Occasional delivery delays are normal and may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- High seasonal order volumes
- Carrier operational disruptions
These delays are typically temporary and outside of our direct control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your shipment directly through the carrier.
Delivery Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days from the shipment date (as shown in the tracking information), please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
We will review the tracking details, follow up with the carrier if necessary, and keep you informed of any updates. Depending on the situation, possible resolutions may include:
- Continued monitoring and status updates
- A free replacement if the package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed
- A refund in appropriate cases

For items that arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
