1. Overview

All Homeecc canvas artworks are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, they cannot be resold or reused.

As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We want you to love every Homeecc product you purchase. If a qualifying issue occurs, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund, as appropriate.

2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will primarily offer a free replacement (a new item shipped at no extra cost), or a refund when appropriate, in the following cases only:

• The item arrives damaged during transit
• The item is lost in transit
• There is a clear printing or manufacturing defect
• You receive the wrong artwork or size

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In most cases, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

No return of the original item is required — you may keep, discard, or donate the defective product.

3. Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Color variations caused by monitor or screen differences
• Minor color or texture variations inherent to the printing process
• Personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind
• Orders placed by mistake

Slight color variations may occur due to individual screen settings and printing processes and are considered normal. These variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Important Notes Before Ordering

We provide detailed size charts, realistic room proportion mockups, and visual references to help you make an informed decision.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product details and measuring your space carefully — especially for large-format artworks — before placing an order.

This policy allows us to continue offering thoughtfully crafted, made-to-order artwork while ensuring fair and transparent treatment for all customers.
